A deposit holds the time
Set a deposit on the services that need one. Customers see it when they book, and when it is paid you record it with the method and reference: MMG, cash, bank transfer or card.

Book the regulars once
Book a visit every 1 to 12 weeks, up to 26 visits in one go. Dates that clash are listed first, so you can book the free ones only or every date anyway.

A cancelled time gets filled
Keep a list of customers waiting for a time that is full. When a booking is cancelled, HIVE shows who is waiting for that day and writes the message offering them the time.

Know who has paid
Turn a booking into an invoice in G$, with VAT if you charge it, and send it on WhatsApp, by email or as a PDF. Record MMG with its transaction ID, cash, bank transfers and part payments.

Bookings in the calendar you already use

What do I pay each month?

Do customers pay the deposit online?
No. The booking page shows the deposit and tells the customer you will let them know how to pay it, by MMG, bank transfer or cash. When it is paid, you record it in HIVE.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The live demo runs the full HIVE 1.0 with a sample salon; Bookings, Invoices and the WhatsApp desk work the same way in HIVE for Small Business. Sign in with the username demo and the password try-the-hive.
Can I move up to HIVE 1.0 later?

Do I need to install anything?
